ROSTER & WAIVERS: IMPERATIVE THAT CAPTAINS COMPLETE STEP 1 & 2

 

1.ALL PLAYERS MUST BE LISTED ON THE ONLINE TEAM ROSTER

 In the MyTeam.Click app, open the menu, select "Find league" and enter "Ashbridges".

  - Select your league (Ex. Summer Wednesday)

  - Click on "Modify my team" at the bottom.

  - Click "+" to add players and select "Find player by email". 

  - Make sure there is no typo in the email or they won't be able to login.

Only players who are part of a team can enter scores and use the tab called "My matches".

2.ALL PLAYERS MUST SIGN THE ONLINE WAIVER PRIOR TO ENTERING COURT

Players MUST be on the roster before they can sign a waiver. Waivers can be accessed here.

​VERY IMPORTANT: Watch this video to inform Captains & Players on how to enter scores and check schedules using their smart phones.  Team captains can login during the day of their matches to say if their team will be present for games.  Schedules will not get posted until 5:15pm on the day of your matches to take into consideration any teams that will be away.

• To consult the team schedules and enter your scores, download the mobile app "MyTeam.Click" for Android or iOS.

• Captains: Login with the same email used to register your team. If you do not yet have a password for MyTeam.Click:

  • in the Login window, click on "Forgot password" and you will get a randomly generated password by email.

• Add the rest of your players to your team.

  • In the app, open the menu, select "Find league" and enter "Ashbridges".

  • Select your league

  • Click on "Modify my team" at the bottom.

  • Click "+" to add players and select "Find player by email". 

  • Make sure there is no typo in the email or they won't be able to login.

• Only players who are part of a team can enter scores and use the tab called "My matches".

• You must enter your scores directly into the mobile app at the end of each set.

• If you have been added to a team, the events for this league should be visible in the welcome screen in MyTeam.Click after you login.

• If you don't see the events on your welcome screen or are not allowed to enter scores then the system does not recognize you as a player in this event. Make sure that you logged in with the same email your captain used to add you to the team. If emails match, consult your league admin to make sure there was not a typo in the email used to add you.

• If you have not yet been added to your team roster, you can still view your league's schedule.

  • Open the app, go to menu, click on "Find league" and enter "Ashbridges".

  • Select your weekly league and click "Schedules".

  • Select the schedule for the event you wish to view.

  • In "Pools", you can view any team's schedule by clicking on their name and selecting "View schedule".
